Archelis featured in the medical journal “Cureus”, in a paper studying the effects of wearable chairs on mental strain.

On September 20th 2024, Dr. Shoichi Shinohara, an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, General and Transplant Surgery at Jichi Medical University, published a research paper titled “Comparing Mental Strain and Subjective Sensations With and Without a Wearable Chair While Performing Simulated Suturing Tasks” in the online medical journal Cureus.

The study focuses on if using Archelis has any effect on mental strain for surgeons during medical procedures.
